Use this power-cycle restart when the robot becomes unresponsive during cleaning or does not respond to its controls. The process turns the robot off briefly, then starts it again.

Restart Steps
[step] 1. Locate the power switch on the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo 950. 2. Move the switch to the O position to turn the robot off. 3. Leave the robot powered off for a few minutes. 4. Move the switch back to the I position. 5. Allow the robot to restart before using the controls again. The restart may take up to about 40 seconds. - Check whether the robot responds to its controls again.
- Confirm that normal operation is available before starting another cleaning cycle.
- If the robot remains unresponsive, avoid repeatedly switching the power on and off in quick succession.
