The Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo 950 has received a firmware upgrade reminder, but why can't it complete the upgrade?
● There are two types of firmware upgrade: Mandatory and Non-Mandatory. For mandatory upgrade, you have to tap Upgrade to continue to use the app; for non-mandatory upgrade, you can choose to upgrade immediately or upgrade later in "More - DEEBOT Info - Firmware Version";
● To upgrade the firmware, two conditions need to be met simultaneously: DEEBOT is connected to the charging dock and its battery level is above 50%. Please check whether these two conditions have been met before proceeding with the firmware upgrade;
● Please check your home Wi-Fi network if the firmware upgrade fails. Home router busy might cause upgrade failure, in which case you can try again later.
